Maldives Magic

I have just returned from the Maldives where I spent three weeks working on one of the most exciting stories I have ever come across. I can't show any images at the moment, so you will have to do with this self portrait of me and my good buddy "cut-tail" the whale shark. .

Hiya. I'm from the Maldives (though I live overseas) and love the ocean. Looking forward to reading your story soon -and to see the photos too. I'm always interested to hear visitor's perception of our country. Were you covering the story about the proposed development of Hanifaru - the supposedly protected whale shark sanctuary? Hope so!

Was going through your website and the first thing I wondered was "wonder if this guys been here" hehe. I'm a Maldivian and work at the government's Marine Research Centre as a trainee hehe. Your website is really inspiring. You're living my dream man :D. Looking forward to reading your results.
