The Save our Seas Foundation is a non-profit Swiss foundation with headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Its purpose is to implement and support diverse programmes aimed at education, protection and conservation of the marine environment around the world. Awareness, protection, preservation and conservation of the global marine environment are the heart of the Foundation's mission and to act as an inspiration for the preservation of this natural heritage of international importance.
I have worked closely with the foundation since 2005 and SOSF has been a major sponsor of many of my book projects including the recently published Wild Seas Secret Shores. From the beginning of 2008 I will travel the globe to photograph and document Save our Seas research and conservation projects from the U.K to Fiji and beyond. The aim is to create world class photographic portfolios and magazine features on each project.
