The use of Paypal on this website
When purchasing with Paypal, only one item can be bought in each transaction. This is due to the limitations of Squarespace and Paypal.
If you purchase with Paypal, only standard delivery with no track and trace is available (South African Postal Service).
The default postal option for all purchases is the South African Postal Service. In selecting the South African Postal Service we cannot guarantee the arrival of the package as the item is not tracked. If you would prefer guaranteed, tracked delivery, please choose our selected courier service. Courier service postal options are only available when purchasing by credit card through this website. Should you wish to purchase via Paypal AND make use of of a courier service, then please contact us directly. For more information regarding shipping, please consult the FAQ.
The South African Postal Service is the default postal service for all shipped products. This service cannot be guaranteed as it does not include track and trace. It is an overland/sea service and can therefore take up to or more than 8 weeks for a product to arrive. Our experience is that parcels sent with the SA Postal Service DO arrive.
Should you wish to have your parcel tracked and to be covered by insurance, we suggest using our partner courier service.
Prices for these services change due to currency fluctuation. The price for shipment will be displayed in the "checkout" section of your transaction.
Timing for shipment
Please note that all prints are made to order, shipment time is therefore dependent on printing completion timing. The utmost effort is taken to make sure this process happens as speedily and efficiently as possible. However, if there are delays with the process, you will be notified immediately. Typically, the turn over period is 3-5 working days.
If you have chosen the South African Postal Service, the document can take up to 8 weeks to arrive (on the rare occasion, longer).
If you have chosen to use our partner courier service, the document will take 5 days or less to arrive.
We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels.
To the best of our knowledge we take every precaution that we can to package the products in such a way that they are safe from being bent, scratched, pierced, damaged by water or any other kind of physical damage that may occur in transit (save for fire).
We do not accept responsibility for damaged parcels.
Each product is created specifically for you, it is a bespoke product. We therefore do not accept returns.
